He was very professional during the entire process, mostly by making sure that I had a deal that suited my budget, unlike the other transporters who were asking for way more money.

Sonic Auto raised the price of transporting my car from Mobile, AL to Kenai, Alaska 3 days after pickup. I believe this is an unfair business practice to raise price after pickup of the car. Price was increased from $3100 to $5700. One week later increase was reduced to $1900. This increase only covered cost to Anchorage. Addition charge for transporting car to Kenai of $545 was not included. Total increase was $2445.

We recently had a challenging situation with transporting a customer’s vehicle, and Sonic Auto Transport, specifically David, truly came to the rescue. Our customer needed their 2018 Ram towed from a dealership to our shop for an engine rebuild. Given the significant distance, we chose to work with Sonic Auto Transport. That’s when we were introduced to David, who demonstrated the patience of a saint throughout the entire process. The first tow truck driver arrived at the dealership only to be told that there was no such vehicle on-site. This confusing situation led David to immediately reach out to us for clarification. Unfortunately, the dealership had unusual customer service hours, making communication difficult. Undeterred, David took it upon himself to investigate the issue further. He managed to get in touch with someone at the dealership who confirmed that they did, in fact, have 2018 Rams, but they needed the VIN to locate the specific one we were after. After much back-and-forth, David finally identified the vehicle. Even after solving that issue, we encountered another surprise: the truck had been modified into a utility vehicle, something our customer hadn’t disclosed. Without missing a beat, David quickly arranged for the right tow truck to handle this new challenge. David’s dedication, calm demeanor, and persistence turned what could have been a logistical nightmare into a successful transport. We are incredibly grateful for his assistance and highly recommend Sonic Auto Transport to anyone in need of reliable, professional service. David, thank you for going above and beyond!

Used them twice and got vehicle to both location fast and with no issues. I would definitely use them again in the future

Super fast literally called on Wednesday and set up a pick up from NC to NY and it was dropped off today at 1pm with not one issue Will def use their company again and their price BEAT everyone price by a long shot

I had my car shipped from Las Vegas to Florida. I booked it with Sonic in 1 day. Was super happy with the deal I got. I did get an extra fee for my car being overweight because I forgot to ask. But, I do recommend this company because of how quick & easy it is to schedule with and find trusted carriers.

Great company transporting my 2025 BMW X4. I was skeptical about scratches and all kind of things. Driver was so good that he transported from TX to NJ with no issues at all. Thank you guys

Tyler was a good representative but twice they gave me a price and then a day before the pick up it changed. The first time $250 more. The second time $500. My daughter used a company that gave her a price and stuck to it.

The young lady (Tess) in charge of booking kept me informed on what was going on. As soon as she booked a driver she sent me his contact information and her bid was very fair. But the service they provide is well worth it. This was the 3rd car I've had delivered and Sonic Auto Transportation was the best by far.

Sonic Auto Transportation was good. They were in communication with me. Driver showed up when they said they would be there and delivered the car when they said they would. The price was higher than the quote they gave me.

The vehicle was shipped with no problems and the pick up and delivery were all professional and made sure I knew what was going on. I shipped from the East Coast to West Coast and I received text and phone calls upon drop off and delivery. Thank you again.

Jack William was a great communicator. I’ve never transported a car before had no idea what to expect. Because I scheduled it two months out the prices across the board changed. Although sonic tried to get my vehicle shipped at the original quote, no drivers would touch my vehicle since it was much less then the going rate at the time. Jack worked with me and most importantly made sure whoever transported my vehicle was fully insured. Although it was a bit higher than the original quote (my fault for arranging so far in advance) I was very pleased with the service Jack provided.

Dishonest. Quoted a low price and had me sign a contract. The day of pickup they said the driver canceled and they would find someone else. They would not honor the contract and the price increase by 4x’s. By this point it’s too late to start the process over so I had to sign a new contract and pay the higher fee. Bait and switch is their game. If you get several prices to start with and this one is low, run! They want to get you locked in and will come up with an excuse later to raise the price.

They picked my SUV up the same day I called Jeff, 250 miles later the driver dropped it off… the same day it was picked up. Talk about a quick turnaround!! Jeff stayed in constant communication throughout the process.
