My rating for this transport company is zero stars. From the moment you try to hire them, communication is awful—if you can even call it communication. And that’s not even mentioning the contracts. If you don’t read the contracts carefully, you’ll be stuck waiting until they feel like finding a carrier for your car. And even if they give you a date, don’t believe it—they’ll change it, and they’ll hike up the price. This company is a joke, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. If they don’t raise the price, they make you wait, and even when they do raise it, you’ll still be waiting another day or two, if not longer. And don’t get me started on the drivers they find; they’ll change the date on you or give you times they have no intention of keeping. Sure, they’ll eventually deliver your car, but if you’ve got plans, do yourself a favor and don’t hire this company.

The driver, Sam, was especially professional. Giving me regular updates on progress toward delivery time and extra helpful in the delivery process...my biggest drwback with Sonic was misleaging pricing....I was quoted, and enthusiastically enciuraged that the price was valid only to surcharged by 50% to get vehicle shipped

Sonic Transport did a great job locating a carrier for my car and provided lots of communication throughout the whole process Price was better than other carriers and they were quick in getting a good job done. I will use them again.

Eliot was extremely helpful in working with me through this process. He was prompt with communication and overall he helped me get my car shipped timely and securely.
