We recently had a challenging situation with transporting a customer’s vehicle, and Sonic Auto Transport, specifically David, truly came to the rescue. Our customer needed their 2018 Ram towed from a dealership to our shop for an engine rebuild. Given the significant distance, we chose to work with Sonic Auto Transport. That’s when we were introduced to David, who demonstrated the patience of a saint throughout the entire process. The first tow truck driver arrived at the dealership only to be told that there was no such vehicle on-site. This confusing situation led David to immediately reach out to us for clarification. Unfortunately, the dealership had unusual customer service hours, making communication difficult. Undeterred, David took it upon himself to investigate the issue further. He managed to get in touch with someone at the dealership who confirmed that they did, in fact, have 2018 Rams, but they needed the VIN to locate the specific one we were after. After much back-and-forth, David finally identified the vehicle. Even after solving that issue, we encountered another surprise: the truck had been modified into a utility vehicle, something our customer hadn’t disclosed. Without missing a beat, David quickly arranged for the right tow truck to handle this new challenge. David’s dedication, calm demeanor, and persistence turned what could have been a logistical nightmare into a successful transport.
