David, the driver was extremely professional, kind and careful getting my vehicle to me two days sooner than expected. I definitely recommend this company.

Daniel helped me transporting my vehicle from CA to FL and back. He was always accessible to answer my calls whenever I needed help. There were a few times where I had to change delivery dates and he was always flexible and willing to help! I will for sure going to him again for future shipping needs.

If I can give no stars its appropriate. Actual conversation: Just cancel my order there is no way if your getting those prices I would never agree to anything like that. I have had soo many offers and you started at 689.00. On Nov 1, 2024, sonic-auto.comwrote Dear We are in touch with the carriers. My dispatcher let me know that we received an offer for $2,300, pick-up tomorrow and delivery in a week. We decided to pass on this offer, because we believe we managed to get a better deal for a little less, My dispatcher is actively in touch with a couple of transporters, just need to get confirmation from them regarding time for the pick-up. That's the update we have for now. I wrote: Line 10. According to your info there is no charge. Since there hasn't been assigned, I read There is no charge. Since there hasn't been assigned.Sonic Auto Transportation will cancel a shipping order at no charge if the customer cancels before a carrier is assigned 5 business days to get a carrier. According to the Section 5 Clause H (the first screenshot), otherwise there's a subject for the cancellation fee. In Section 5 Paragraph 10 (the second screenshot) it's about the cancellation of an order if a driver is assigned, it's not our case, but there's no clause where the customer can cancel without any charges. So Its all bullshit on their own website. Sonic Our priority is to help you with transportation and not waste your time. I don't think there's any benefit to cancel the order, pay cancellation fee and go over and over again through the same routine.

I worked with Tim Gilliam to transport a car to my daughter in college. He was very responsive, patient, and professional. He was able to get the car transported quickly which meant alot to my daughter. It was a pleasure working with Tim and Sonic Auto Transport.

Christian did an amazing job! Picked up my car at my house in Texas and left it at the airport in North Carolina! He communicated the whole time. Exceptional service! I was nervous since it was my first time and he answered every question!

After many other companies backed out last minute, Christian Woods helped transport my mom’s car. We were very nervous since we have never done this before. He was extremely responsive and updated us regularly! He then took pictures of every side of the vehicle after he delivered it. He was very friendly and professional. I never knew transporting a vehicle could be this easy and flawless. Highly recommend!
