Their services are good, with quick responses. I have worked with them two times.

Sonic gave a quote of $500 and then ended up being $697 which they explained as the lesser quote being a larger car hauler the last time that company put a bid in. However, I was in a spot where I needed my car moved quickly. They were otherwise honest with the remainder of what my expectations were.

Very good customer communications, kept in touch, driver showed up as promised and was very professional and courteous. Vehicle was delivered as promised, in perfect condition. Keep in mind that there are always slight delays including traffic, weather, and times are always a best estimate, and to be patient with pickup and delivery times, which are usually in a 1-3 hr window. I highly recommend this company and drivers they contact.In fact ,I'm using them again soon.

Anthony my representative was very attentive and always available when it was necessary for us to speak. He had satisfaction answers to all my questions, and he was honest and accurate with all of his information. This was not the first time I have used sonic I have always gotten excellent transportation and delivery

I can't even begin to describe how terrible this company is. I SIGNED a contract a month ago to ship my car for $1100. I then get a call 2 days before it's supposed to ship that they cancelled and have a new rate of like $2700. MORE THAN DOUBLE. I then proceed to get them down to $1650 but they have to pick up a car a day early. We scramble to get the car ready and then as the next day goes on, the driver never shows up. At this point, I don't trust them at all. We ask for a refund of the deposit because A. they broke the original contract and B. they didn't show up when the contract said they would. they completely refuse to refund the money even though they broke every single contract. I have NEVER spoken to such a scammy, crappy company before. Anthony also texts and calls at 5 and 6am all the time. Don't even bother.
