David was courteous and thorough in getting the transportation booked, and found me a reasonable deal.

Our agent Chester with sonic transportation was great and helped us move an antique truck 300 plus miles in a short time window. They were very professional and efficient. The truck was delivered on time and without damage or issue. Would highly recommend using their company and working with Chester. We will use them again if we ever need auto transport in the future.

Found my car on thurs night and started looking for a carrier. They contacted me on Fri picked up my car on Saturday and dropped it to me on Sunday! Highly rec, great communication. Car was 8hrs from me

This company is not truthful about charges. A person going by the name of Albert gave me one price for shipping and charged another. Please understand that when brokers take a deposit that is paying them. The money you pay the delivery guy is his fee he is asking for delivery. This broker initially said they would get $100. Instead they took $300 and the driver gets $250. It is definitely a ripe-off when the dispatcher is making more than the guy doing the work! Check with other companies prior to using this company. You won't regret it! I am going to take the time to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

As far as auto transport brokers go, I was pretty satisfied with these guys. They found a driver at a reasonable price, and they didn't try to change the price at any point. The driver safely transported the vehicle and unloaded it. The auto transport industry is a big pain, generally speaking, but Sonic was a pleasant surprise

I successfully moved my cars from NY to Chicago. I was lucky to find this company. Christian Wood was professional and helped me throughout the transportation process. I would definitely contact this company again.

Elliot Bell was very helpful at helping me get my car transported. From helping me with any questions I had, to giving me advice, he was always there to help. His communication was great and he replied back quickly. He also helped and worked with me to get a good deal.

David was easy to reach, always responsive and helpful on all the stages of the transport of my car.

It was good experience to work with Sonic, it was quick delivery in fact the next day form WV to MI, only suggestion for improvement is to improve the tracking and eta for delivery so that we can plan properly! But overall service was good !

This company made my life way less stressful when trying to get my vehicle across the state of Texas! My point of contact Stefan Davis was polite, courteous, & very helpful throughout the trip! He checked on me & the vehicle through the trip and afterwards made sure the vehicle got there w no problems! Something came up and I could not meet the driver but they still came and picked up the vehicle for me @ a shop w no problems!!! Like I said this company made this transport easy and stress free for me!!!! This is a great company to transport your vehicle anywhere, whether it’s driving or not!!! Appreciate you guys!!!!

My original contract was for one price unfortunately the driver had a cancellation of five vehicles on his truck and had to cancel. When other driver started reaching out, they were more than double the price that I was originally paying I do appreciate sonic working to get me as close to the price that I originally had.

Everything that could go wrong, did! Price was wrong, and the vehicle came very close to being stolen. Police reports filed and lots of money lost. No help from Victory Wenzel - didn’t even where the vehicle was. Complete shutdown of communication - did not assist in the recovery. I don’t honestly know how you could choose a company that is worse. It strikes me as a guy with a phone working from home and family members just put me on hold forever.

Jessie Madison is absolutely the best !!! He stayed with me through the whole process and even follow up to make sure the delivery went well. Should I need my car shipped again, with no hesitation I will use Sonic again and deal with Jessie. Hey Sonic give Jessie a raise !!!
