Life Saver!!
Came to our rescue! On 2/21, headed to Hampton GA from Kissimmee FL our car’s transmission decided to go out leaving us stranded in Perry GA. We were able to get into a hotel but were left with the dreaded task of what to do with our car and repair and also how we were going to get around. It was a lot to figure out. We opted to take a it to a shop to get it checked out but almost everyone was closed and the one that was open said they couldn’t look at it until the following week. We tried our insurance companies roadside and was quoted over $3k to get it back to Kissimmee. Then the tow truck guy said $1500. We were in a rough spot. So I looked up transport options. I got guys from some sketchy ones but looked on BBB and found Sonic. Luke helped me out from the beginning and assisted me the whole way. He had a guy out the same day to pick it up and deliver by the next morning (Sunday). Sherman was my transporter and he remained in contact with me as well. Even sending pictures when the delivery was completed. It was so easy and they really helped ease a lot of the stress I had going on from the whole situation. I couldn’t believe it was that easy. And at a fraction of the cost if I were to have used another available option. I’m already looking at a new transmission, I don’t need extra expenses. But my car was safely handled and delivered to its destination. I cannot recommend this company enough. Especially with Luke. He will take care of you and the process is so easy. You will not be disappointed. Thanks guys for everything.
