I had an amazing experience. Sonic is hands down the best car transport company that ai have worked with First I wanted them to pick up a car in Az It was all set to go when I decided to purchase a vehicle in CT and they were very accommodating and easily found a driver to go to CT last minute. Then it wasn't their fault but the driver bailed on me because his full load was backed out of. I was in CT and I was pressed for time my ticket only has an hour and a half before I had to board the plane and they found a driver immediately for me and they were there in 30 minutes. They are the hardest working group of people who put up with last minute changes and they pulled through for me. They got the car up on the trailer with enough time for me to board my plane. They are an excellent team of professional people who were able to meet my unrealistic news and they still did it. I recommend them to all people and I would use them for any and all future car moves. What can I say, amazing,hard working, super accommodating,and they can tackle all my last minute requests. I love this company. No damage to the car they even drove it into my driveway for me. Super company I wouldn't work with any other company after having this wonderful experience. I can't believe they were able to get to the car in 30 minutes with 0 time to spare. Excellent service.

Sonic picked up one vehicle in Michigan to Virginia and then picked up my Virginia vehicle and took it to Ohio. Very professional and detailed about their ETA. Our daughters can finally get around at college! THANKS SONIC (good name choice 🤣)

Terrible experience! I was moving from WA to OH and scheduled my vehicle pickup 2 weeks in advance. Due to not hearing anything back from the company after signing my contract, I would have to constantly call to reach out. Anthony Daniels handled my transaction terribly. He quoted me for $1100 cost, then called me to tell me he could only find someone for $1760. I told him I no longer wanted the service because that was not the price I signed the contract for. He then proceeded to get aggressive with me over the phone telling me that he had been looking for a driver since Monday and if I cancel they would charge a $200 cancellation fee. I let him know that I would dispute the charge with my bank because he did not schedule with a provider (because I no longer wanted to service due to unfair pricing). After verbally telling him this. He then proceeded to schedule with a transporter to get the $150 for me “cancelling” after I told him verbally that I didn’t want the service. 0/10 service. He is a senior shipping agent but I’m pretty sure he’s scammed a lot more people with price gauging the contracts. This company needs to be investigated.

needed my car shipped from NJ to SC, it was inoperable, we had bad weather including snow. Jeffery from Sonic was excellent! He communicated with me through out my experience. We had a few cancellations etc, but he remained dedicated to getting my car transported. He reached out to several drivers until he found me one. The pricing was fair, and though I was scared in the beginning because of all the calls and quotes I was getting from different companies. Jeffery reassured me and it all worked out. Thank you Jeffery, thank you Sonic. I’ll be using them again.

Started out fine, enclosed transport, affordable price. Then just hours before scheduled pickup the driver said he got a better deal and sorry for the inconvenience. Sonic rep was contacted and he said he had his top two assistants working on it. The rotate vehicle is garaged in Illinois and was to be transported to Arizona. We flew in to facilitate the loading. Our departure driving cross country was tied to he vehicle pickup. Now we have three additional days of hotels and meals until a reliable carrier would be available.

The driver was dynamite and his timing was impeccable going from Washington state to Chicago, illinois! I'd call them again in a heart beat!
