It was easy to follow and why change it you are satisfied with the service offered
Sent email to Renew, clicked the Renew button, sent to My Account but nowhere was the indication how to renew. Spent a long time probing through the website but unable to find anything helpful. Waited until phone line open and was able to speak to someone who efficiently renewed and changed my tariff.
Initially I was with another energy supplier & when they folded I was transferred to So Energy. So Energy have been brilliant. Now, I wouldn't want to be with any other supplier. Their energy is green, staff are helpful, & prices are brilliant. I was very pleased to see that my fixed rate tariff is rising by only £5 per month. Excellent news. If you are wondering which energy supplier to go to, definitely try So Energy.
