Average experience — I'm not the target audience

I tried Smith for my personal training business. The CRM part is genuinely good and I liked the appointment scheduling. Very good CRM, AI needs minor tweaks

Smith handles 90% of what we need perfectly. The CRM is intuitive, the phone system is crystal clear, and the automations work flawlessly. The remaining 10% — mainly around advanced reporting and some niche integrations — keeps it at 4 stars. But honestly, no platform does everything perfectly.

Switched from GoHighLevel and the difference is night and day. Smith's interface is cleaner, the AI features are leagues ahead, and the support team actually responds within minutes, not days. My only regret is not switching sooner. This is what a modern business platform should look like.
