Really solid platform, few minor quirks

Great value proposition. We replaced HubSpot, Twilio, and ActiveCampaign with Smith at a fraction of the combined cost. Feature parity is about 90% there, which is impressive. The AI capabilities more than make up for the small gaps. Definitely recommend for small to mid-size businesses.

Not bad, just not what I expected

I signed up because everyone was raving about Smith, but honestly I think this is more for agencies and bigger businesses. I'm a freelance photographer and most of the features — CRM pipelines, AI chatbots, phone system — are just not relevant to my work. The email marketing is nice but I was paying for a lot of stuff I didn't need. It's clearly a good product, just not for me.

Good experience overall, some growing pains

It's okay — might be overkill for what I need

Smith has a lot going for it but I found the dashboard overwhelming at first. Too many options, too many menus. I'm used to simpler tools and the transition was rough. After a couple weeks I got more comfortable, but I still feel like there's a ton of functionality I'll never touch. Good product, just has a steep ramp-up period.

OpenClaw AI engine is absolutely insane

Smith's AI phone system is next level. It handles appointment scheduling, answers FAQs, and routes complex calls to the right team member. We used to have a full-time receptionist for this. Now Smith handles it better than any human could, 24/7/365.

Happy with Smith overall, some features still maturing

We've been on Smith for about 3 months. The CRM and email marketing are top-notch, genuinely better than the dedicated tools we were using before. The chatbot AI is really smart. My one complaint is that some of the more advanced reporting features feel a bit limited compared to dedicated analytics tools. But for the price, it's incredible value.

Smith paid for itself in the first week

I've tried Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, and about a dozen others. Smith is the first CRM that doesn't feel like it was designed by engineers who've never actually run a business. Everything flows naturally. The AI suggestions are actually helpful. The automations work first try. It just makes sense.

Hands down the best CRM I've ever used
