Finally an all-in-one that actually works

I've tried Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, and about a dozen others. Smith is the first CRM that doesn't feel like it was designed by engineers who've never actually run a business. Everything flows naturally. The AI suggestions are actually helpful. The automations work first try. It just makes sense.

Not bad, just not what I expected

Tried Smith for 2 months. The concept is great — one platform for everything. In practice, I found that the 'jack of all trades' approach meant some individual features weren't quite as polished as dedicated tools. The email editor is good but not great. The phone system works but the call quality wasn't amazing on my end. It's fine, just not exceptional in any single area for my use case.

It's okay — might be overkill for what I need

The AI features are interesting but I felt like they were trained mostly on sales and marketing scenarios. When I tried to use them for my nonprofit's outreach, the tone and suggestions were too salesy. Had to heavily edit everything. The CRM itself is well-organized though. Just wish the AI was more adaptable to different contexts.

We've been on Smith for about 3 months. The CRM and email marketing are top-notch, genuinely better than the dedicated tools we were using before. The chatbot AI is really smart. Very capable platform with a bright future

The core features are excellent — CRM, phone, email, chatbots all work great together. What I appreciate most is how the AI actually adds value rather than just being a gimmick. I'd give 5 stars if the third-party integrations were a bit more extensive. They keep adding new ones though, so I'm optimistic.

Almost perfect — just a few things holding it back

Really impressed with the platform overall. The OpenClaw AI engine does things I didn't think were possible in a CRM — the way it contextualizes conversations and suggests responses is remarkable. Taking off one star because the calendar/scheduling feature isn't quite as polished as Calendly yet. Getting there though.
