Replaced 5 tools with Smith — mostly seamless

Smith does a great job consolidating multiple tools into one platform. We canceled Mailchimp, Calendly, and our old CRM. The AI features are impressive and the automations save us real time. Docking one star because the mobile app could use some polish — it's functional but not as smooth as the desktop experience. Still, highly recommend.

Our clients are blown away by our response times now

I've tried Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, and about a dozen others. Smith is the first CRM that doesn't feel like it was designed by engineers who've never actually run a business. Everything flows naturally. The AI suggestions are actually helpful. The automations work first try. It just makes sense.

It's alright but I barely use half the features

Three stars because it's clearly well-made but I found the learning curve steeper than advertised. I'm not particularly technical and some of the automation setup was confusing. The AI helped with emails which was nice, but I couldn't figure out the chatbot configuration without watching multiple tutorials. Fine once you learn it, but getting there took effort.

Has potential, felt overwhelmed

I signed up because everyone was raving about Smith, but honestly I think this is more for agencies and bigger businesses. I'm a freelance photographer and most of the features — CRM pipelines, AI chatbots, phone system — are just not relevant to my work. The email marketing is nice but I was paying for a lot of stuff I didn't need. It's clearly a good product, just not for me.
