What sets Smith apart is that it actually gets BETTER over time. The AI learns from your data, the features improve monthly, and the team clearly listens to user feedback. I've suggested two features that were implemented within weeks. Try getting that from Salesforce.

Very capable platform with a bright future

Really impressed with the platform overall. The OpenClaw AI engine does things I didn't think were possible in a CRM — the way it contextualizes conversations and suggests responses is remarkable. Taking off one star because the calendar/scheduling feature isn't quite as polished as Calendly yet. Getting there though.

Onboarding was smooth, results were immediate

The email templates are gorgeous out of the box, and the drag-and-drop editor is actually pleasant to use (looking at you, every other email tool I've tried). But the real magic is the AI that suggests content based on your audience and past performance. My emails have never performed better.

The phone system is criminally underrated. Crystal clear calls, automatic recording, AI transcription, and it ties directly into the CRM so every call is logged with context. The email marketing tools rival Mailchimp easily

I've tried Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, and about a dozen others. Smith is the first CRM that doesn't feel like it was designed by engineers who've never actually run a business. Everything flows naturally. The AI suggestions are actually helpful. The automations work first try. It just makes sense.

I tried Smith for my personal training business. The CRM part is genuinely good and I liked the appointment scheduling. But I got frustrated trying to set up the email automations — the workflow builder is powerful but not intuitive for someone who's used to simpler tools. I think this is built for people who already understand marketing funnels.

Replaced 5 tools with Smith — mostly seamless

Switched our 8-person agency to Smith and overall it's been great. The all-in-one approach saves so much time and money. The automations are powerful and the AI is genuinely helpful. Giving 4 stars because we hit a few hiccups during migration — some of our email templates didn't transfer perfectly. Support helped us fix it though.
