It's okay — might be overkill for what I need

There's a LOT here. Like, almost too much. I spent a whole weekend trying to set things up and I still feel like I'm only scratching the surface. I'm sure it's amazing if you run an agency or have a team, but as a one-person shop, it felt overwhelming. The AI stuff is cool but I couldn't figure out how to make it work for my specific use case.

Has potential, felt overwhelmed

Middle of the road for me. Some features are excellent — the email tools are great, the contact management is solid. But I found the AI features didn't really understand my industry (pet grooming) very well. The suggestions were generic and I ended up writing everything myself anyway. Might work better for common business types.

Four stars because while Smith is excellent in most areas, the email template builder — while good — doesn't quite match the flexibility of dedicated email tools like Mailchimp. That said, the AI content suggestions and send-time optimization more than compensate. It's a very strong platform overall.

Great value, just needs a few polish touches

Great value proposition. We replaced HubSpot, Twilio, and ActiveCampaign with Smith at a fraction of the combined cost. Feature parity is about 90% there, which is impressive. The AI capabilities more than make up for the small gaps. Definitely recommend for small to mid-size businesses.

Great product, support response time varies

Switched our 8-person agency to Smith and overall it's been great. The all-in-one approach saves so much time and money. The automations are powerful and the AI is genuinely helpful. Giving 4 stars because we hit a few hiccups during migration — some of our email templates didn't transfer perfectly. Support helped us fix it though.

Solid CRM with genuinely useful AI features

Smith does a great job consolidating multiple tools into one platform. We canceled Mailchimp, Calendly, and our old CRM. The AI features are impressive and the automations save us real time. Docking one star because the mobile app could use some polish — it's functional but not as smooth as the desktop experience. Still, highly recommend.

Smith is the backbone of our entire operation
