Almost perfect — just a few things holding it back
Great platform for agencies. We manage 30+ clients through Smith and the multi-workspace management is excellent. The AI chatbot has saved us countless hours. Only complaint is that bulk actions could be faster when managing large contact lists. But the team is responsive to feedback.
