Solid but confusing if you're not tech-savvy

I signed up because everyone was raving about Smith, but honestly I think this is more for agencies and bigger businesses. I'm a freelance photographer and most of the features — CRM pipelines, AI chatbots, phone system — are just not relevant to my work. The email marketing is nice but I was paying for a lot of stuff I didn't need. It's clearly a good product, just not for me.

Good AI features, reporting could be deeper

Switched our 8-person agency to Smith and overall it's been great. The all-in-one approach saves so much time and money. The automations are powerful and the AI is genuinely helpful. Giving 4 stars because we hit a few hiccups during migration — some of our email templates didn't transfer perfectly. Support helped us fix it though.

Fine for what it is, just not my thing

It's a solid platform. I can see why business owners love it. But I'm a part-time blogger who does some affiliate marketing, and Smith is just overkill. The CRM and phone system are completely unnecessary for what I do. I wish there was a lighter version for small creators. Ended up going back to Mailchimp for simplicity.
