We pretty much left it all up to them and They made the whole experience very pleasant and easy for us. We can't fault their communication and attention to detail and work ethic. Very stressful time with solicitors but with the help of Rachel who helped every step of the way kept us up to date with what was happening and advising what steps to take . Would not have got through it without her

I used this company after it was recommended to me and to their word it was a good experience, Contact was made every step of the way, i would especially like to thank Andrea for keeping me up to date with any concerns i may have had.. For a quick easy stress free sale i would definitely use smith and friends estate agents again.
Overall pleased with the service throughout from Darlington smith & friends when selling my home. Stand out service was from Joy during sales progression, despite other delays she constantly kept me updated, chased all parties, was extremely responsive and approachable. Unfortunately communication wasn’t as great during a period of Joy being off however I couldn’t compliment the service from her more - made a stressful process much easier.

Fantastic experience with Mark & Ellie in the letttings team at Ingleby Barwick, they always go above and beyond and nothing is too much trouble. The whole process of finding tenants and moving them in was seamless. Their fees are transparent and include detailed inventories and check out reports which other letting agents normally charge for separately. By far the best letting agent in the local area - keep up the great work!

Great experience with Smith and Friends Stockton on Tees. Active advertising, keeping us very well informed along the way with selling my dear mum's house. Very actively chasing up our Solicitors on a number of occasions which unfortunately was particularly necessary as we approached completion, due to our Solicitors not keeping me in the loop!
