Excellent service from Smith & Friends on the sale of my house. From the initial evaluation to completion they were always available for advice and assistance. Within 24 hours of the house going on the market, we had eight viewings booked and received an acceptable offer within 48 hours. All staff were professional and knowledgeable. They were all so friendly and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I definitely recommend the Darlington office of Smith & Friends. Right from the start when Louis valued my property he was very informative, friendly and took great photos. At the start of the sale process I dealt with the majority of staff who were always friendly. Joy was looking after my property and was very friendly & professional keeping in touch throughout. Towards the end, even though she was off work following an operation, she still took the time to keep me up to date and check if I was happy with how things were progressing. My buyer also commented how pleased he was with the communication from Joy. Thank you to all the team. I will definitely use your services again.

The staff are friendly and approachable and offer a great service to both landlords and tenants alike. Feedback from inspections is good allowing for repairs and maintenance to be done when problems first appear. I have been with them now for many years having had an awful previous experience with another company. I would recommend this company highly.

We only chose smith and friends because we saw they had sold a significant amount of properties in our area. I'm very happy to report that they were the correct choice. After dealing with Jess and Michelle for a brief period due to our house being offered on almost immediately, I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of their performance. However... A special thank you to Joy who handled the majority of our interactions for through sale and closing - she is reliable, efficient and helpful.
