I found this company professional, efficient and helpful. I asked them to find tenants for a house after which I would then manage the tenancy. This was accomplished within my timescale and any query I had always received a prompt response. I would certainly recommend this Company to any landlord .

Just had a viewing today of a flat with Poppy. She was very lovely and helpful. She answered all our questions and was very open and honest about any faults in the property which was greatly appreciated. I sold a property with Smart Estate Agent and although at the start I felt like there could have been better and more frequent communication I also understand that selling a property is not a quick and easy thing to do. Amelia was very reliable and communicative, particularly towards the end. She would consistently update me and let me know exactly what stage we were at in the selling process and she was as determined as me and the buyer to get things moving as efficiently as possible.
