I found this company professional, efficient and helpful. I asked them to find tenants for a house after which I would then manage the tenancy. This was accomplished within my timescale and any query I had always received a prompt response. I would certainly recommend this Company to any landlord .

Just had a viewing today of a flat with Poppy. She was very lovely and helpful. She answered all our questions and was very open and honest about any faults in the property which was greatly appreciated. Itβs been really easy getting in touch with the staff at Smart Estate and they are all very nice and professional.
Right from my househunting this summer to finding a property, and now to living in one, Smart has been a good partner. Of course, I did come across other agents while viewing houses, but Poppy really set herself apart with her warmth, empathy, intelligence, promptness, and helpfulness. Together with Kay, the two make for great estate agents!

Chloe Potterton was polite, helpful and accommodating- I missed my train but she waited until I arrived.following the viewing she also raised my questions with the landlord and obtained answers. Chloe was also helpful when I had to complete various forms. So instead of a hassle it was a pleasure dealing with her. A lovely young lady and an asset to the Smart Estate agent.

We had a wonderful experience- we were all a little late as we came from all over the place but the women were so accommodating when moving into dracaena Ave. They took the time to be friendly and super easy to get along with all while making sure we understood the whole process. Couldnβt have asked for any more on a stressful move in day!!
