I found this company professional, efficient and helpful. I asked them to find tenants for a house after which I would then manage the tenancy. This was accomplished within my timescale and any query I had always received a prompt response. I would certainly recommend this Company to any landlord .

Just had a viewing today of a flat with Poppy. She was very lovely and helpful. She answered all our questions and was very open and honest about any faults in the property which was greatly appreciated. If you are wanting to sell your property please check this company out, they will sell your property for a very competitive fixed price but still treat you in a very professional manor. Lisa and Rob were the two I dealt with and from start to finish cant fault the way they dealt with selling my property, having not sold a property before they guided us through and always on the end of a phone or email if needed. I have used some estate agents and letting agents in my time, and can honestly say the customer experience at smart from the team is exceptional. The lettings team have it right and do ehat they say when they say and ensure every detail is covered around managing property's. The cost is one of the lowest you will find, however they don't cut any corners. Strongly recommend smart and the TEAM.
