I would not hesitate to recommend this company

I found this company professional, efficient and helpful. I asked them to find tenants for a house after which I would then manage the tenancy. This was accomplished within my timescale and any query I had always received a prompt response. I would certainly recommend this Company to any landlord .

Viewing of Flat with Poppy

Just had a viewing today of a flat with Poppy. She was very lovely and helpful. She answered all our questions and was very open and honest about any faults in the property which was greatly appreciated. It’s been really easy getting in touch with the staff at Smart Estate and they are all very nice and professional.

Successful househunt and stay

Right from my househunting this summer to finding a property, and now to living in one, Smart has been a good partner. Of course, I did come across other agents while viewing houses, but Poppy really set herself apart with her warmth, empathy, intelligence, promptness, and helpfulness. Together with Kay, the two make for great estate agents!

Good and Bad points

Good and Bad points. I sorted my Tenancy through Adam. It was very quick and sorted out within 24 hours of the viewing. Bad points. I paid Β£660 when I moved in. Two weeks deposit and 4 weeks rent. After just one week I have been receiving letter about rent arrears which aren't infact correct. I am very happy with the professional service Adam gave me.

The marketing agent has given us a…

The marketing agent has given us a tenant, that is in arrears in the first week no after sales service/No assistance on the arrears. Just made his Β£140 find tenant fee. Behaved rude and unproffessional on the phone, when asked to sort out matters.Absolutely out of order and the tenant has been left to the landlord to deal with. not happy with the service at all.

Amazing Service

Myself and my partner purchased our first home through Smart and we cannot recommend them enough! Lisa Williams was the agent dealing with the sale of the property and was always so helpful with any queries we had and went above and beyond with the service provided. Nothing was ever an issue and she done everything possible in order to speed up the process. Thank you so much again.

Friendly staff

Friendly staff, office open until good hours. Repairs done efficiently at good quality. My agent Adam always picks up the phone, he has even done his best to help with issues outside of his role. Would highly recommend!

It's a good agency

It's a good agency, they care about the customer and attent the issues, although in some cases we found no answer I had to repeat the emails, minor thing, also sometimes a delay to repair somethings, as our toilet seat was broken for 5 months and wasnt repeaired until 5 months later but in general good. The web system is clear and easy to manage the payments etc.
