I found this company professional, efficient and helpful. I asked them to find tenants for a house after which I would then manage the tenancy. This was accomplished within my timescale and any query I had always received a prompt response. I would certainly recommend this Company to any landlord .

Just had a viewing today of a flat with Poppy. She was very lovely and helpful. She answered all our questions and was very open and honest about any faults in the property which was greatly appreciated. Smart Estate Agents are professional, friendly and go out of their way to make everything fall into place. We had a complicated chain that fell apart at a key point and they managed to hold everything together, find us a new buyer. and push things forward so that we did not lose our dream house!! I purchased a property through Smart estate agents in Feb 2017. It was purchased as an investment, and I wanted to let it as soon as possible. Smart were very proactive, and found a tenant very quickly (before I had finished renovating the property). So far, things have gone very well.
