Smart Estate Agent is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about communication.
I found this company professional, efficient and helpful. I asked them to find tenants for a house after which I would then manage the tenancy. This was accomplished within my timescale and any query I had always received a prompt response. I would certainly recommend this Company to any landlord .

Just had a viewing today of a flat with Poppy. She was very lovely and helpful. She answered all our questions and was very open and honest about any faults in the property which was greatly appreciated. Right from my househunting this summer to finding a property, and now to living in one, Smart has been a good partner. Of course, I did come across other agents while viewing houses, but Poppy really set herself apart with her warmth, empathy, intelligence, promptness, and helpfulness. Nothing is fixed in the flat I am renting, with all maintenance requests cancelled by the estate agent. Myself and my guarantor had to seek legal advice as the boiler was not working, and the estate agent was not treating it as an emergency issue as required under law.

Lisa and the team were a breath of fresh air and a real pleasure to deal with. My property was previously for sale with 3 separate agents over the course of 18 months, with a poor experience with them all. Lack of effort on the marketing and very little pro-active input, also pressuring me into taking low offers. I moved to Smart during January, who offered a competitive fee and an honest appraisal on the property, which confirmed that my expectations were in line with the market. They completely re-did the marketing and re-launched the property, refreshing what was previously a 'stale' looking advert/property. This energised approach led to nearly 20 viewings over the course of the following two weeks and 3 offers, I took the last one and have just completed. 10/10 would very much recommend if you are looking to sell your property in Exeter, or you are having similar experience with other agents.

I have been waiting for 4 days for someone to contact me back in relation to letting my appartment at the Exeter branch with no luck at all. Called them up to 4 more times and haven't got an answer yet.
