I found this company professional, efficient and helpful. I asked them to find tenants for a house after which I would then manage the tenancy. This was accomplished within my timescale and any query I had always received a prompt response. I would certainly recommend this Company to any landlord .

Just had a viewing today of a flat with Poppy. She was very lovely and helpful. She answered all our questions and was very open and honest about any faults in the property which was greatly appreciated. I enjoyed buying a bungalow with help of Lisa, Mitch and Rob. Rob was great with the viewings, punctual and allows plenty time for a good inspection. Lisa helped speed the transaction, keeping close eye on proceedings and prompting me for my oversight error. I would recommend Smart 100%

We were attracted to SMART because we trusted and liked Rob and were attracted by their price structure. Lisa was super efficient and our house sold pretty quickly so big shout out to her! Other estate agents were pretty sketchy when we wanted to view houses too so we wouldn't use them to sell our home. We recommend SMART to our friends and colleagues and more fool them if they don't take our advice. Don't want to have to buy or sell for a very long time but if we do they'll be our first call.
