I found this company professional, efficient and helpful. I asked them to find tenants for a house after which I would then manage the tenancy. This was accomplished within my timescale and any query I had always received a prompt response. I would certainly recommend this Company to any landlord .

Smart advertised our rental property immediately, organised 5 viewings for the first day it was available and found great tenants who moved in within two weeks. Ben’s management of the viewings, liaison between tenants and myself was effective and swift. Communication was excellent at all times- queries by phone or email were answered quickly.
