I found this company professional, efficient and helpful. I asked them to find tenants for a house after which I would then manage the tenancy. This was accomplished within my timescale and any query I had always received a prompt response. I would certainly recommend this Company to any landlord .

Just had a viewing today of a flat with Poppy. She was very lovely and helpful. She answered all our questions and was very open and honest about any faults in the property which was greatly appreciated. Doug Scott and the team at Smart Estate Agent have been second to none when managing my student property. They dealt with all student enquiries, timely arranged repairs of any faults and were excellent with managing returns of deposits and liasing with students about issues that arose. I would absolutely recommend Smart if anyone is looking for an estate agent to manage their property hassle free.

Fantastic service! I was shown around a lovely unique apartment by Heba who was extremely friendly, informed and insightful about the property and Exeter more generally. I have also been dealing with Lisa at the office who has been extremely professional and helpful. I actually went with a different apartment that I fell in love with but still wanted to leave a review as the service was so great!
