I found this company professional, efficient and helpful. I asked them to find tenants for a house after which I would then manage the tenancy. This was accomplished within my timescale and any query I had always received a prompt response. I would certainly recommend this Company to any landlord .

Just had a viewing today of a flat with Poppy. She was very lovely and helpful. She answered all our questions and was very open and honest about any faults in the property which was greatly appreciated. Itβs been really easy getting in touch with the staff at Smart Estate and they are all very nice and professional.
Right from my househunting this summer to finding a property, and now to living in one, Smart has been a good partner. Of course, I did come across other agents while viewing houses, but Poppy really set herself apart with her warmth, empathy, intelligence, promptness, and helpfulness. As a relocation agent, I deal with many agencies and agents. Smart in Exeter is one of those looking after their customers and considerate of their needs. I'd especially like to thank Rob and Charlie for their help with my clients looking for their family home; Rob recommended a particular property after hearing what I am trying to find and Charlie make it possible for us to be able to sign the contract for it. Without them, I would still be trying to find a place for my client family who arrived at Heathrow Airport yesterday!

Had a great experience buying my first property through Smart. Lisa and all the staff were very good at helping me with all my queries, and the welcome gift was a nice touch! The offer process was nβt turned into a bidding war which I appreciated. They also answer the phone! A huge plus point. Would recommend them.
