I found this company professional, efficient and helpful. I asked them to find tenants for a house after which I would then manage the tenancy. This was accomplished within my timescale and any query I had always received a prompt response. I would certainly recommend this Company to any landlord .

Just had a viewing today of a flat with Poppy. She was very lovely and helpful. She answered all our questions and was very open and honest about any faults in the property which was greatly appreciated. Smart estate agents are fantastic and make renting houses easy. The dialogue is excellent and we have built a great rapport. I must single out Emily for praise. Nothing is too much trouble and she often goes above and beyond to help sort any issues. I would happily recommend smart if you need help managing properties.

Needed to check then replace fridge/freezer. Obviously this is urgent for the tenant. Rapid and very good response by Liana Smeath, quote received and replacement ordered.
