I found this company professional, efficient and helpful. I asked them to find tenants for a house after which I would then manage the tenancy. This was accomplished within my timescale and any query I had always received a prompt response. I would certainly recommend this Company to any landlord .

Just had a viewing today of a flat with Poppy. She was very lovely and helpful. She answered all our questions and was very open and honest about any faults in the property which was greatly appreciated. It’s been really easy getting in touch with the staff at Smart Estate and they are all very nice and professional.
Right from my househunting this summer to finding a property, and now to living in one, Smart has been a good partner. Of course, I did come across other agents while viewing houses, but Poppy really set herself apart with her warmth, empathy, intelligence, promptness, and helpfulness. Together with Kay, the two make for great estate agents!

There was a persistent leak coming from an upstairs bathroom into the kitchen below. It took a few attempts to find the source of the leak but each time I contacted Nina the message was very quickly passed on to the Landlord. Nina efficiently organised times and dates for the Landlord and plumber to visit that were convenient for me and stayed in communication until the issue was resolved.
