I found this company professional, efficient and helpful. I asked them to find tenants for a house after which I would then manage the tenancy. This was accomplished within my timescale and any query I had always received a prompt response. I would certainly recommend this Company to any landlord .

Just had a viewing today of a flat with Poppy. She was very lovely and helpful. She answered all our questions and was very open and honest about any faults in the property which was greatly appreciated. Itβs been really easy getting in touch with the staff at Smart Estate and they are all very nice and professional.
Right from my househunting this summer to finding a property, and now to living in one, Smart has been a good partner. Of course, I did come across other agents while viewing houses, but Poppy really set herself apart with her warmth, empathy, intelligence, promptness, and helpfulness. Together with Kay, the two make for great estate agents!

I have had a few issues since moving into my flat, especially concerning a utility bill. Nina and the team have been extremely supportive with this - my emails are always responded to promptly and they have been extremely proactive in helping me to resolve the issue. Nina is always friendly, polite and helpful, which I very much appreciate.

A positive home inspection visit. From arranging a suitable day/time to actual attendance Nina has been polite, courteous and professional throughout. She has worked with us especially whilst we are working through some difficult personal circumstances. She has been considerate and empathetic throughout. Nina's written communication is clear and in plain English. We have no hesitation in approaching Nina with any given situation to seek advice, guidance and or reassurance. Issues raised are acknowledged, addressed and we are updated accordingly. We consider Nina to be an excellent Ambassador for Smart Estate Agents.
