Marc was great to deal with. He Explained everything and was really helpful. The smart energy company was great to and and called plenty of times to make sure everything was going good.

Very good installation experience and have felt well supported by smart energy. Nice to have a system that works well, is easy to follow on the app and also nice to have great follow-up service from smart energy staff. Lovely when everything go's to plan without any problems or setbacks.
The smrt energy rep was on time and friendly,when the install day arrived the guys were courteous,and professional and the wiring was put inside conduit,unlike our last system. At the end of the install they swept up and left the path and driveway free of offcuts ect. Very happy with our decision to use smart energy. Thanks,dave.

We had dealings with Helen, in Customer Service, over two days and cannot speak highly enough of the experience. She had to spend quite a bit of time resolving our issue and was knowledgeable and good-humoured throughout. Highly recommended.

Installers were fantastic, friendly and very helpful, Bec Jones was very informative with all the questions I had, a very excellent sale person, only shortfall was a shortage of 1 x roof panel that we had to what on, the containers where they were held had not been unloaded by staff, in all a great company to deal with, continued support to date. We recently had our old solar panels upgraded. From start to finish John was professional and easy to communicate with. He answered any questions we had confidently and honestly and took time to explain the whole process. He was great and was easily contactable always returning calls. He wasn't pushy. The team that installed the solar panels were on time and professional. They didn't leave any mess or damage to our roof. I found Smart Energy a professional team of passionate people. The installation was fast and the people installing were courteous and best of all left no mess or damage.
