skybox Audio Reviews

Hammer & Waves is a realy useful tool; i use it almost every day; well - i'd say whenever i need a real clear and almost unbeatable grand_piano sound. The characteristics of the sounds, the performance of the plug-in and last but not leat the hilarious sound makes me smile every studio-day!

Skybox Audio makes amazing quality products. I had trouble receiving one of their products purchased through Native-Instruments and they were very helpful.

The E that is 2 octaves above middle doesn't ring like the rest. Ive tried multiple keyboards and tried transposing. It is always that key. Distortion is sometimes a problem near max volume. I don't like that the display in kontack is much wider than all the others. Other than that, its really good. Even better once I found all the variations of Rhodes configurations.

Don’t feel the magic. I feel I have wasted my money. It’s far from a go to anything.

Great soundsamd quality keys!

Perfect transaction to transfer license. Thanks.

Great sounding instruments!

Innovative company and really easy to do business with. Their team are great at responding to questions and ideas too.

This is an extremely detailed library. Very accurate too! I enjoyed every sound and every feature. It is heavy for a reason with all the features, presets, and built-in breathtaking reverbs/delays! I can’t wait to make more content with it. The fractal feature is beyond imagination and inspired me on the spot to come up with great sounds.

Amazing.✨✨✨✨✨

The sounds and the organization of the screen command are top of the top. The patches include unexpected new-flavored and pleasantly inspiring sounds. Nothing is taken for granted. Need to try and try.

I decided to buy and try Skybox Audio's "Hammers + Waves" when it was on sale since they advertised a 14-day money back guarantee. After exploring the product for many hours over several days I concluded that it didn't really suit the kind of music I wanted to create, even though there was a lot I really liked about it. Skybox Audio refunded me in full with no fuss or delay.

This plugin is amazing😃

Truly inspiring sounds right out of the box.

Must have in piano plugins, great, different sounds and playable edit interface.

Good interaction

I've been wanting to purchase for a while after seeing some ads online (Instagram). The ad was the best commercial I've ever seen, with the product being showcased through the audio, with the video just showing you the features used to make the audio in the background track. It was insanely meta and self referential and I loved every second; watched it multiple times. The track was killer as well, especially with the drop to transition from default samples to the modded sounds; the composer has mad talent. I've been playing with this pack for a couple of days after purchasing and holy crap man. The default presets are so good already and the touch feels great out of the box with my SL88 Grand. It just punches in this way that makes me feel like there's a pluck in my keys (except there's no click or notch in my keyboard's action). Suitcase 73 and UX Upright default presets are definitely my favorites. Playing this is a dream.

Every time I want to add a piano, but want something with a bit more interest and personality, I reach for Hammers and Waves. I haven't been disappointed yet.
