Great product selection at great prices

Placed my order (3 products, all different brands) and my credit card was charged the next day. Over two weeks later and my order still hasn't shipped. When contacted, the store says my items are out of stock and will ship shortly. It would have been nice to know that when I ordered or even some communication about the delay after I placed my order. I was only told when I asked why my order hadn't shipped 2 weeks later.

This company is a fraud! I ordered 3 products and a week after it was to ship I began contacting them via their “live chat” which is not live and I would receice an email that they’d reach out but they never did. I called and you always get a recording. I left several messages and in the end told them if I didn't hear back I was going to dispute the charge with Amex. No response. It wasn’t until I actually disputed the charge that all of a sudden they were returning my emails saying my products were back ordered and they'd be happy to cancel or ship the following week. I explained i disputed the charge and that I did nit want the back ordered products. Of course right aftwr i received a shipping notification and emailed saying if I received them i want a return label…no response. I did receive the product, which sounds like it’s not real based on other reviews, and now they've asked Amex to rebill since I received the product. They are not worth anymore if my time but i would NEVER order from this company again!!!

Ordered over a week ago on November 9. Had to send an email November 17 asking why it had not shipped and why there’s no tracking number. Only after sending an email do I get an email the next day saying my order has shipped. Terrible & does not ship in the timeframe stated on the website.

A great company with great products for skin care. Prices are excellent, and they have top-notch products whether you have acne or you just want to clear your face whatever the issues you have their skin care line and the lines they carry. Are great and they have excellent prices and an excellent staff to help if you have any questions. I highly recommend trying them.
