Huge selection of cars on show. Easy to get overwhelmed juggling all the nice to haves and prices. However Car Giant's Stephen Boulter gave us excellent guidance on a way forward to help us choose a suitable car during our afternoon visit. Many thanks Stephen.

Sadly after many years of buying, I have to write and explain why I feel the company has made a poor decision. A car purchased within last 4 weeks developed a fault, that's ok I thought Cargiant have in the past been superb at sorting such things, they previously allowed me to take to local garage (approved by them) to sort. Now I am being asked to drive over up to 1.5 hour each way, to drop off, and go home, then again to collect, for them to take the car and do the work. I understand they may save costs, they seem to think I am happy to spend half a day each time taking it back to them. Wrong, this is a burden on the customer. Apparently one customer had to return his from Wales!!! So be ready for this when you purchase. Have to say this is a big negative for me. (I worked out my family have bought 10 cars over the years).

Was looked after at Cargiant by Saydul. Sales Skills 100%. Saydul was very honest and answered all questions that we had to ask, he even when above and beyond allowing us to drive home the car on the same day with limited time.

I went there on 11/07/25 to look and purchase a car and was served by Edrian who actually helped us in March when we went there to purchase a vehicle for my dad. He’s amazing salesman’s and very happy to have him help us again with another vehicle.
