I have sent two emails regarding my order. I ordered this a month ago. I was told they were waiting on a shipment and it should ship out next week. That was nearly 3 weeks ago. I now have a shipping notification saying it has shipped, but usps says “label created”.

Waited a very long time for order to be fulfilled (12 days). When I asked for a refund because it felt like the company was a scam, they replied immediately saying that the product was out of stock, they apologized for the lack of communication. Waiting for product to be delivered.

Easy to order
The order did not ship for over 2 weeks with absolutely no communication about the order delay. When I asked about the status of the order they said the product is not in stock and expected soon. I asked them to cancel the order and they shipped out the order immediately. Miraculously the product came in stock when I requested a cancellation

I ordered a product from this website and 10 days later it still had not arrived. The tracking on Shop.com said it was on its way. I couldn't find any addl info anbout my order on the company website. I called and was told that it was out of stock but was coming in this week. I had not been informed about this in any way. I was going to just cancel it but the girl printed out that it was a really good deal so I told her I would just wait for it. After we talked I checked my email and she actually had canceled my order. I had to call back to talk to someone else and reorder it. Terrible first experience ordering from this website. I'll get my product at least 3 weeks after ordering it.
