Ottima qualità

Dopo alcune esperienze negative con altri noleggiatori, ho trovato in Sixt una compagnia seria, che offre contratti chiari, un servizio efficiente e, soprattutto, auto di ottima qualità, impeccabili nella manutenzione. L'ultima esperienza di noleggio, presso l'aeroporto di Malaga, è stata del tutto positiva, a partire dall'auto che mi è stata assegnata (Peugeot 2008), che era in ottime condizioni. Il personale di filiale è stato gentile e disponibile e il processo di ritiro e riconsegna è stato rapido.

Scelgo sempre Sixt

Scelgo sempre Sixt, da anni, in tutto il mondo dove è presente. Ha le vetture migliori, anche di classi superiori, e le più recenti. L'assistenza è stata eccellente l'unica volta in cui ne ho avuto bisogno per una gomma danneggiata in Spagna. Ed anche le persone nei loro negozi in tutto il mondo (Argentina, Australia, Spagna, Etc) sono sempre state gentili ed efficienti.

Noleggio abitualmente per le mie trasferte di lavoro da Genova e mi sono sempre trovato molto bene: personale sempre cordiale e disponibile, macchine sempre pulite e in ordine, servizio veloce e professionale. Cerco sempre di preferire i noleggi con Sixt quando i prezzi non sono esagerati

Mi sono stati addebitati molti più soldi di quanto presentato nel contratto: 150€ circa in anticipo più altri 250€ circa al momento della restituzione della macchina (in ottime condizioni come da voi certificato). In più i soldi della cauzione non mi sono ancora stati restituiti dopo oltre 20 giorni. Numero di prenotazione: 9718117677

Empty promises

I rented a car at Sixt Rome Fiumicino through internet. Costs Euro 90,43. At the airport desk the lady started chats to frighten me about thefts, hard to get petrol, damages, etc. In the end I ended up in paying Euro 324,30, while I returned the car with 1/4 op petrol left. I complainted and sanother lady promised to give me a discount. I confirmed everything by email. After this promise I did not receive any discount up til now or any confirmation of my email!! So my conclusion is they are not trustworthy and they spoil your holidays! Look for another company!

Suite de notre experience - Je ne recommande pas

HORRIBLE. N'y allez pas, ils vont essayer de vous soutirer de l'argent. Et surtout si vous y allez quand meme, prenez des photos du véhicule quand vous le rendez. On nous avait prévenu et on est bien contents de l'avoir fait. Ce n'est pas un mythe, ils nous ont envoyé (comme à tous) un mail avec des photos de la voiture avec des rayures que nous n'avions jamais faites. Heureusement on a pu envoyé nos photos et d'un coup l'histoire était réglée sans trop d'explications... J'imagine bien combien de gens doivent se faire avoir par manque de preuves... ESCROC

Sixt i Malpenza lufthavn skal man passe på

Havde bestil en bil i Malpenza lufthavn i kategori BMW 320. Sixt havde ikke bilen, så jeg fik en 216 Grand Tour med en rabat på 50€ (som jeg aldrig har modtaget). Da jeg bestilte bilen på nettet fik jeg et tilbud på 700€ for 7 dages leje, da jeg modtog regningen var lejen pludseligt på 1000€. Jeg har skrevet til dem, men aldrig modtaget et svar. Da jeg afleverede bilen, havde den fået en ridse i kofangeren, hvor den i forvejen havde andre ridser. Jeg påpegede dette ved afleveringen. Bilen blev afleveret den 21/7-2019. Den 20/9-2019 modtager jeg en regning på 968€ for reparation af skade, vel at mærke på italiensk. Skaden var ikke blevet lavet, de havde bare medsendt et billede af ridsen.

Pessimi,pessimi,pessimi

Pessimi,ho affittato una vettura il 23 agosto su internet a € 162.35 mi sono ritrovato a pagare un acconto di € 82.00 e una fattura di € 347.78 piu' del doppio la macchina l'ho ritirata all'aeroporto di Edinburgo scozia ho fatto il pieno all'aeroporto consegnata subito mi hanno addebitato altre € 45.00 per la benzina sono dei ladri il mio consiglio diffidate di questa gente poco seria.

Charged extra without any explanation

Rented car for 6 days. Pick up at Treviso return at Milan. They didn't return my security deposit for two weeks, while promised to return the same day as we return the car. Signed a contract for 156Eur but they charged me for 166Eur without any explanation.

Sixt Неаполь

Брали машину в Неаполе, заказали bmw x1 с автоматом, ее и дали. Машина новая, чистая. Получали и сдавали без эксцессов. Но это Sixt в Неаполе, судя по отзывам, везде по-разному.Сейчвс заказали машину в Кальяри, на сайте заказали автомат, ваучер пришёл на ручку за цену автомата, Заранее проверяйте ваучер!

I will honestly never ever hire a car…

I will honestly never ever hire a car from Sixt again. The customer service is nonexistent, the staff are rude and don’t seem to care to provide any kind of polite service at all. To give a full run down of our experience would take up more of my time that I’ve already wasted with Sixt, but I’d like to warn everyone that you will probably pay much more than you’ve agreed to pay and however right you are with your protestations, they simply don’t care. To me, it’s an experience I don’t wish to repeat. There are much better companies out there, my advice is avoid Sixt at all cost.

Spurious charges added 25% to the overall bill - ultimately more expensive than a big brand.

The service was fine but the spurious charges added after the car was returned were outrageous. Its more cost effective to spend more up front and go with a bigger brand car rental company like Hertz.

They did not accept my card and was one of those they say was OK. I had trouble searching a new company and luckily a friend of mine was there to pick me up at the airport!
