Company was extremely efficient
The service we received was excellent. Amandeep in particular was very thorough. Her communication with us was clear and we always had a quick response. She was very professional and worked amazingly hard communicating with our chain. She was always there for us when we had questions about the selling process and made it as easy as possible for us even though we were not in the same country at the time. We will definitely be recommending Amandeep in the future.
Hayley Stringwell dealt with what at times was a complex case. She was honest, transparent and kept us informed throughout. The most significant part of dealing with Simply Conveyancing and in particular Hayley, was the ability to make contact with her and the team whenever I needed to.

Perfect service
Our recent house sale and purchase were handled by Baylee Ransford at SimplyConveyancing, who we were recommended by our estate agent. I'm normally quite wary of these recommendations, but we'd worked with our estate agent previously and respected them very much, and they received no kickbacks from any of the companies they recommended, so we were happy to go ahead. Simply Conveyancing were broadly pretty good throughout the process. At times it was necessary to chase to get things moving, sometimes several times before receiving responses, which is why I've knocked a star off. Otherwise Baylee was polite and helpful and did a good job.

Sonia Jutla acted on my behalf for my house sale. Couldn't recommend her highly enough - excellent communication throughout the process, worked quickly and efficiently, and ensured the sale went through as quickly as possible. Easily the best solicitor I have dealt with - you would be very lucky if she was assigned to you.
I went with Simply Conveyancing as my estate agents said they were efficient and quicker, albeit more expensive than the others. There was no chain involved in the sale and there was a cash buyer. Should have been smooth sailing. Started in April and by September it still wasn't completed. The buyer then pulled out due to the sheer length of time it was taking SC to get back to them over everything. They would email me and I would try and ring immediately to give them the answer they wanted but no one answered. Or I would email back quickly to confirm what they were asking and they wouldn't respond for a week. Every email took days to reply to. I also made it clear that it was being sold with a sitting tenant but they sent my tenant a letter saying they had to vacate upon the property being sold. This was obviously a distressing thing for them. I understand that they likely had other cases, but this couldn't have been more straightforward and they lost me money as a consequence of their lack of efficiency. I would not recommend them at all.
