Easy to use website which gives you clear information on progress. Property lawyer Annie Nobbs was excellent, swift to respond to any communications and gave clear information on different aspects of our sale and purchase.

This was my first property purchase. I had 2 solicitors handling the transaction ( as one left the business prior to exchange / completion ); both were very helpful and responsive when I had any questions either by phone or email. It was also a real benefit to be able to track the progress online / via the app at all times.

Recommended by my Estate Agent SC provided an excellent service. Their online portal is a dream to use and although it requires a couple of hours to input the data it is worth while. I should mention that my solicitor (Karen) was particularly helpful during the period of contract exchange/completion period. If the other parties in the chain had acted as professionally as Karen then the stress of buying our new home would have been less stressful. You may not always experience a smooth house purchase but SC will do their best to guide you through the process.
