I’m still in the process of selling my flat, which I accepted an offer on in October 2024. This would be reasonable, perhaps, if there was a chain, which there isn’t. Or, if there were complicated terms in the lease, which there aren’t. This is the simplest of transactions but the communication from the Solicitors (on both sides) is so poor as to be non-existent. Simplyconveyancing is a complete mis-noma! It should be simple but they make it complicated and stressful. 1/10! Further to this post, I was called by legal director responsible for my case and I will see how we progress from this point.

Since being introduced to Simply Conveyancing as an Estate Agent, I’ve found the system easy to navigate and genuinely enjoy recommending it to our clients. I appreciate the efficient handling process, especially the ability to check the portal for updates if there’s a delay in hearing back from the solicitor, as well as being able to send an email to assistance team in case the portal haven't been updated either. One improvement that could enhance accuracy would be the option to tick off items on the system, even if they’re not applicable—such as surveys that didn’t take place. This would help ensure a more precise and streamlined process.
