Very bad post rental customer service. Call centre is not engaging / puts you on hold and most do not speak English (despite selecting English option). No tracking/update on the fine handling until you get a letter 2y later :(

Personale gentile e velocissimo. Auto ricevuta quasi nuova e pulita. Unica se vogliamo chiamarla pecca l’auto di colore nero che con 35-40 gradi non è’ il colore più’ adatto.
Noleggio molto confortevole, macchina molto comoda per essere in 5 persone, personale cordiale gentile e all’altezza della situazione. Ci tornerò sicuramente.
Agence de Palerme (Port). Personnel exécrable, temps d'attente supérieur à 1h pour avoir la voiture réservée. Mise à disposition d'une voiture de niveau inférieur à ma réservation, très kilométrée, très abimée et sans climatisation (En Sicile au moins de Juin c'est toujours utile). A éviter absolument.
We have often had vehicles from Sicily by car and have never had any problems. Not even when the car was broken into. We have always booked through Sunnycars.
Everything is technologically advanced, the staff are very friendly, and the car is in good condition. The only problem is the requirement of a physical credit card. This is the only place where you can't pay via Apple Pay or Google Pay

Mi sono trovata molto bene con questa compagnia, l'ho utilizzata già altre volte,c'è stato un pò di tempo di attesa x ritirare l'auto, ma nn per colpa del personale, ma perché c'era molta gente. Cmq tutto bene ,sia x il ritiro dell'auto e anke per la consegna.

We had a perfect experience with this car rental. We reserved it via Booking and even received a bigger / more modern car than expected. After returning the key, we received the check-out papers 10 minutes after.
