Che dire… noleggio furgone a Siracusa e…..eccezionale in tutto, cortesia, cordialità, simpatia e, cosa che non guasta mai, l’economicità del noleggio. Chiara professionale simpatica e tanti altri. Check-in process was smooth and the car was near new and in great condition (clean inside and out). Location for car rental is within walking distance of cruise port. Return process was easy and staff were good to deal with. Definitely would recommend.

Sono stato chiamato alle 23:24 dall’incaricato che l’attività per il rilascio del contratto di noleggio è entro le ore 23:30, dopo mi è stato chiesto un supplemento di 50€ per 10 minuti di attesa per un ritardo causato dall’aereo e non da me. Quando si noleggia l’auto dovrebbe essere scritto a caratteri enormi che il servizio cessa alle ore 23:30

Comodo da ritirare e da riconsegnare, gentili e cortesi

È già la seconda volta che noleggiamo l auto e anche questa volta sono stati precisi e impeccabili

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Upon arriving I made a reservation through Rental cars.com, But when arriving the refused to accept my Mastercard credit card do that I use it in my cell phone (as the majority of the westworld do today). So they Force me to rent a new car which is more expensive which I can book with another debit card that I had. But absolut worst part is that I refuse to cancel the other reservation I sit was made through a Broker. I would give no help at all in order for me to try to cancel it through Rental cars.com so I ended up paying for two cars. Stay away from this Company on this you like bad service and Payin lots of extra

Rented a Peugeot 2008 for 5 days from VCE. The car is good, very clean and comfortable. Reception staff are very nice, explained to us the terms clearly. I used debit card so extra charges and a €500 deposit are acceptable. Got my deposit back within 48 hours after the rental. Overall a good experience, will use this company again.
