Prenotazione n 587396675, non posso raggiungere Roma per uno sciopero del giorno prima e comunico di non poter prendere auto e procedere alla cancellazione. Il tutto finalizzato ad evitare di tener bloccata un’auto che comunque era stata già pagata per intero. Una inviperita Jessica mi comunica che sono soggetto a penale e che valuterà richiesta di rimborso, peraltro mai richiesta, dopo aver ricevuto documentazione. Insomma a confuso lucciole per lanterne. Vergognatevi: una società seria non si fa rappresentare da impresentabili!!!

Excellent experience with this company. Had pre-booked and paid this. Unfortunately, my husband had lost his credit card, as I was a named driver they swapped me to 1st driver so they could use my credit card. They certainly took the sting out of a difficult situation. Communication was very clear, car ran really well. We were given a hybrid which was a nice surprise. All the staff we dealt with were helpful and polite. Great value and would definitely recommend Sicily By Car!

Iniziamo dal fatto che quando ritirata l’auto ad Aeroporto CT l’auto con ca 2000 km (una MG!!) si fermava circa 1km dalla vs stazione. Anche se ho telefonato più volte (senza successo) al vs num tel di riferimento sono dovuto rientrare a piedi alla vs stazione sottolineando il grosso problema. Il vs personale si dedicava immediatamente a capire cosa fosse accaduto e mi assegnava una nuova auto (Ford Kuga) che mi ha riportato senza alcun problema alla sua restituzione all’Aeroporto di PA. Ottimo e celere servizio!

Gentilezza e disponibilità del personale veramente ineguagliabile. Avevo già scelto in passato Sicily By Car per il prezzo vantaggiso, ma questa esperienza conferma che il cliente é trattato con rispetto e non come un pollo da spennare, come in altre realtà.

Pick up and drop off at Trapani Airport was smooth, no issues with paperwork, insurance, attempts to sell, etc. Personnel at car return was excellent, friendly, and professional. Very happy with our almost new Jeep Avenger.

Good car to explore the island. Not too big for the narrow streets and enough space for the luggage. The convertible is practicable until mid of june, later it‘s too hot.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel obligated to share this experience to warn others. I rented a car from this company and unfortunately was involved in an accident — not due to my fault. While the situation itself was already stressful and frightening, the way the rental company handled it made things even worse. They sent multiple emails immediately after the accident, focusing only on the car. Not a single word asking whether we were okay or if we had been injured. No concern whatsoever for our health or safety. Even worse — they withdrew money from my credit card without any notice, no breakdown of costs, no documentation, and without even asking for my version of what happened. I was not contacted for a statement or sent any police report. Only the day after the incident did they finally send a form asking me to explain the situation — by then, the money was already taken. This was not just poor service — it was cold, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful to the people involved. It made an already traumatic experience even more frustrating. If you’re considering renting from this company, ask yourself what kind of support you’d want if something serious happened. Because you won’t get it here.
