We rented a Van in Rome at the airport they sold us insurance saying that the insurance we had already taken was very complicated when we arrived to take the car a message told us that there was a problem with the brakes the guy told us that the brake was ok it was only the handbrake then we had a flat we changed and called the service router and they told us to call another number there was no answer we sent emails they told us to go 2 hours 30 away to see what he could do we asked for another solution and we never got answer we went to Sicily by car service point there was nothing they could do they give us an new email adress and we never got an answer we had to repair our tire ourselves and we were able to continue our trip to Venise where we left the van with another message that said to check the coolant, for all these reasons and this poor customer service we give you one star ans we will never book with you again

Ci siamo trovati molto bene.. Avevamo prenotato una Peugeot 208 e ci hanno consegnato una Skoda kamiq con 11.000 km. Il ragazzo che ci ha accolti al rientro all'aeroporto di Catania è stato davvero gentile.. Insomma promossi a pieni voti
