It was easy to take the car. The personnel could speak English. They changed the SUV that I wanted. But It was a new automatic SUV instead of a manual one. I left the car easily too.

Mi trovo sempre molto bene. Sono rimasta un po' male che per 15 minuti di ritardo del volo, avendo passato la mezzanotte di 15 minuti mi hanno preso 50 euro per il notturno. Un po' di flessibilità sarebbe gradita. Almeno 15 minuti

The check in was kind of difficult. Everyone seems to act like they don’t know things and can’t do anything which is really weird. Everyone acts like they don’t work there and wonder about everything. The car was good and the drop-off was good as well.

We rented a Fiat Panda. We are a family of four. We had a handbagage (hardcase) each. We landed in Bari took our car and left it in Rome. Everything went smoothly in Bari since its a small place. Tips is to let one go fetch the bags and let the driver go to the queue for rental since we noticed it was a long queue that probably would take a while. REMEMBER! Car license, passport or ID that’s not on your phone and a credit card in plastic!!! We found the vehicle easily. But FILM AND TAKE PHOTOS YOURSELF on your car before you leave. When we left the car there were a short discussion of damage witch was easy shown that the little damage was there before. We left the car in Rome. Supereasy. Put the GPS on Sicily by car or car rental return and follow the signs. It was super hot when we were there and the warning triangle showed Warning but when we put down AC from max it was better. I would use them again. Professional and easy and cheap

The car I booked was fairy priced,although I was advised by a friend to take the insurance which nearly doubled the cost.Booking was straight forward be careful to state your age over 69 surcharge often applied.On arrival make sure that you take all the booking forms,and a CREDIT Card,they do not accept debit and if you choose to pay by debit you have to pay the insurance AGAIN through Sicily by car neary 150 euro.Staff were friendly but this 'catch ' is common the chap before me had the same issue.Read the small print.On arrival the car bay number allocated was not correct,required an office vist,wasted time.Car was ok but pretty battered about,take pics from the ones offered at the office before signing to sensure you can check.I videoed the car on pick up and drop off to be safe.The car must be returned frull of petrol,there are no petrols stations close to the drop off 2 miles away.you will get clobbered for returning with the tank not full.Drop off was effortless chap who signed the car back in was polite and efficient.BE CAREFUL PLAN and you will be ok.

Als Deutscher ist man ja tatsächlich verwöhnt muss ich sagen. Doch hier wird man nicht enttäuscht, wir haben das 3. Mal ein Auto gemietet und jedes Mal hat alles ohne Probleme geklappt. Nächstes Jahr Sizilien, nächstes Jahr SBC!:)

Nonostante la prenotazione, il pre check in e il pagamento già effettuato ho dovuto attendere molto per la consegna delle chiavi, inoltre l’auto era molto sporca sia all’esterno che all’interno
