Paid for a delivery 2 weeks ago. Still no delivery. Wouldn't recommend. Biggest mistake I made switching from oil. You have no other option but to order from them. No other supplier. Terrible service.
Calor Gas Ireland is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and fast delivery, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.

Most expensive, rip off company I've ever experienced
HAVE BEEN A CALOR RETAILER AND ALSO A CUSTOMER FOR 40 YEARS . ORDERED NEW BOILER FOR MY 79 YR OLD MOTHER IT TOOK NEARLY 3 MONTHS TO COME WITH IT ONLY HEATING ONE ROOM ALL OVER THE CHRISTMAS PERIOD AND NOW CANNOT GET THE INSTALLER THEY RECONMENDED TO CALL ME BACK TO INSTALL IT! WANT THE WHOLE THING REMOVED ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE .
For several years we have had deliveries at or around the 25% fill level. Despite a note on our system to notify us of a delivery with 24hr notice, we've more recently not had this notice. The driver was able to advise us as its an automatic trigger no call will be received. Roll forwards, or current gas full level was 18% on Monday, with 15l usage (yes because we were using electrical shower as we had no advice of delivery). And still no notice of delivery. Whilst 18% may seem like a reasonable amount, when you've been 'trained' to expect a delivery at 25% what has changed, and why can a delivery date not be scheduled. The office also seems to have changed as each call (there have been 3 so far), has been answered by a different person.

I purchased a gas heater but it can be very difficult at times to start. I hope it is only a temporary problem.

We ordered a product with promise of " next day delivery " , we did understand they'd be potential delays as it was leading up to Christmas and after wasting several days' sitting in, waiting on a product that never arrived, all the while, sending enquiries as to arrival, with little or no reply, we finally discovered their courier service had lost the product & we were not informed of this situation. Only after a furious email was sent, they dispatched another delivery of the product which finally arrived, TWO weeks' later. They DID give us a money off voucher along with an apology which barely made up for the inconvenience.

Took my order for a regulator , didn't have it in stock, told me you would issue a credit note. I had to to contact you twice before it was finally issued.

I bought the Provence heater (and its excellent) for myself at a local retailer and then subsequently bought a Kingavon online for my daughter. She received a voucher for a discount on her gas bottle but I didn't. Please advise.

I ordered a Calor Living Flame portable gas heater on 23rd December and it arrived at my home on the morning of 24th December. I thought that was good service.

Fantastic service. Order turned around and delivered in 24 hours. Support team were extremely helpful coordinating delivery. Love the unit. Looks beautiful works really well. Impressed with Calor. Two thumbs up.
