I ordered a replacement door handle for…
I ordered a replacement door handle for an Anglian door to find that you have changed the design of the handle such that the distance between the spindle and the centre of the lock has been altered. Result - no longer compatible. Your website did not provide the dimension from the centre of the spindle to the centre of the lock (known as PZ) of the replacement item which would have prevented me from ordering a part that did not fit. Thankfully a third party supplier does provide the necessary information and I have ordered a hande from them.

Order a replacement aluminum bifold T…
Order a replacement aluminum bifold T handle. It arrived in 4 working days.. only it wasn't the handle I'd ordered. It was the locking version, I emailed them a photo the day it arrived. I've still yet to get a reply to that email. I've since ordered the correct handle & received it from another company for less than half that of what Anglian charged me **update** Never did get a reply regarding this being the wrong handle,I ended up purchasing the correct handle from an ALUK manufacturer for a third of the price I paid from Anglian.

Great installation!
Anglian customer service isn't great, communication is a problem. They initially told us we would get the windows in 6 to 12 weeks but we heard nothing for about 4 months, it was just over 7 months when they were finally in. Despite the earlier problems we are very happy with the windows and doors, the installation team Dennis, Lee and Oliver were very good can't praise them enough, they left a lovely neat job.

Worst company ever!
If I could give a minus score I would!!! Worst company I have ever dealt with. Ill informed sales staff who sold us a window not fit for purpose. Customer Services and sales staff unable to resolve issues. Surveyor told us we needed limiters on windows and then failed to do anything about it. Lime cement was required to make good window surround. We were informed in writing this would be done. Installer turned up without the lime cement and no knowledge of this. Installation was deferred from October to December. We were NOT informed. Later, a letter was sent with an incorrect installation date for December. When questioned. we received NO RESPONSE. Total lack of courtesy. They sent an installer who was very good, but on his own and unable to complete the installation in a day due to the amount of work. We are still waiting for a resolution to the fact that we were sold a window NOT fit for purpose. Comedy of errors! We don't know if we will ever get a resolution!

Customer service hasn't got any better…
Customer service hasn't got any better over the last 15 year's. Still go out of there way to be unhelpful. It's a company that needs to improve vastly. My last order needs to be return however with no help from the online support team.

We needed to replace some Window…
We needed to replace some Window Handles. Anglian Customer Services emailed the link to the online shop. It was very easy to find and match new handles. There was a great choice of colour. Delivery was prompt and free for two window handles. Fitting advice was also online. Very easy job to do.
