Sent an incorrect product
Sent an incorrect product. When reported, the service agent pointed to a generic returns page to send the item back at own cost! Why should a customer pay for return when it’s Anglican’s fault in sending the right product? If you’re part of Anglian support team - look up order number 6700 return request.

Once again 5* service from Anglian
After a brilliant experience in November we had Anglian out again shortly afterwards to quote for another window. Lisa came out to see us this time and was knowledgeable, professional and personable. She was upfront and honest with us which I value and we signed up immediately. I requested the same guys who came to fit the previous windows but they were busy and we had Martin this time. I had nothing to worry about, he was absolutely brilliant. He did a great job and left everything even tidier then when he arrived. Really lovely guy, professional, hardworking, clean and tidy and thoughtful. Also, wait times were halved this time around to just 3 months. We did have a slight fault in one of our previously fitted windows (a small mark on the glass) and this was dealt with and is being rectified in a couple of weeks. A great response and good customer service throughout.

Door Handle Didn't Fit
I thought I had ordered a replacement door handle for my porch door, except it didn't fit. When I enquired through Anglian Customer Service, they said they no longer made replacement door handles for our particular door. Wasted a lot of time and effort.

Returned window handles for refund a month ago. Still not received refund or notification that Anglian have received. Phone calls plus e mails the best they can do is to wait for an e mail which might take 5 working days. Hopeless!!!

I’ve used Anglian windows for my last two properties and I’ve been pretty happy Ive had to use the on line shop to order more handles I ordered Crome but three white ones was sent and I emailed them but no one got back to me so I’ll leave it up to you
