Did not know what was happening.
The product, a replacement window handle, was excellent, and easy to fit. Overall though I was not being kept informed. Once ordered I heard nothing. The expected email on dispatch has never arrived. I queried with customer services after a week and received a bland wait 2 weeks. It turned up without fanfare or notice.

Had barge boards and guttering…
Had barge boards and guttering replaced..... Downside was the workmen took next doors swan neck down and left big hole in their gutter and hole in their roof when the water should have flowed down into my gutter... the workmanship from start to finish was totally diabolical...gapping holes where there was brickwork hidden under facia...bricks broken and left with home been destroyed...facias not fitted correctly had around 20 odd studs simply holding up each facia board to hide the shoddy work and damage hidden underneath...came back to fix the work done even though works manager said its fine ....will not be having them again for anything.....took my money though. So glad I took pictures as proof.
